SCHEDULE

The artistic director of the Florida Jazz and Blues Festival is two-time Grammy winner and jazz trumpeter Scotty Barnhart. Barnhart, also the current director of the Legendary Count Basie Orchestra, has played in every major jazz festival in the world once, and some of them multiple times. Because of his global contacts in jazz and access to some of the foremost Blues artists in the world through Gary Anton, owner of the Bradfordville Blues Club and Blues advisor for our festival, the Florida Jazz and Blues Festival is poised to become “one of the premiere music festivals in the world.”

The collision of talent is what will make this event so special this year and for many years to come. And, because of the presence and involvement of so many premiere jazz and Blues artists, we will literally be creating opportunities for “I was there when…” moments and our community will benefit greatly from these experiences.

An offering of what we have in store for you and our community in late September is included below. Enjoy!
